Project Summary
Project Scope:
Delivered the end-to-end design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the following systems for the Elmina Tapir Hyperscale Data Center:
• Site Earthing System
• Comprehensive Lightning Protection System (LPS)
• Real-time Tokai Lightning Warning System (LWS)
The works encompassed:
• Detailed earthing and lightning protection engineering design
• Supply of Tokai high-conductivity, corrosion-resistant, IEC-compliant materials, including earth electrodes, conductors, bonding components, and accessories
• Installation in accordance with approved method statements and international best practices
• Full testing, commissioning, and certification, including earth resistance measurements, continuity tests, and system functionality validation
All materials and systems were fully compliant with MS IEC 62305:2022/2024, IEC standards, OSHA, and data-Center-grade safety and reliability requirements, ensuring long-term operational integrity and protection of critical infrastructure.
